मोगा। आम आदमी पार्टी ने लीगल सेल मोगा जिला इकाई की कार्यकारिणी घोषित की है। कार्यकारिणी की घोषणा मालवा जोन के इंचार्ज एडवोकेट बरिंदर सिंह रतियां ने आधिकारिक घोषणा की है। कार्यकारिणी में समाजसेवा के क्षेत्र में सक्रिय व युवा अधिवक्ता शुभम जायसवाल को कार्यकारिणी में सचिव नियुक्त किया गया है। ये घोषणा

नई कार्यकारिणी की घोषणा के बाद लीगल विंग ने 4 मार्च की को मोगा में होने वाली पार्टी की रैली को सफल बनाने पर रणनीति तैयार की। बैठक में संगठन के विस्तार के साथ-साथ पार्टी की राज्य स्तरीय रैली की तैयारियों पर भी गहन चर्चा की गई। कार्यकारिणी की घोषणा के बाद विधायक डॉ.अमनदीप कौर अरोड़ा ने कहा लीगल सेल किसी भी पार्टी की रीढ़ होती है। यह टीम न केवल पार्टी के कानूनी मामलों को देखेगी, बल्कि विपक्ष के भ्रामक प्रचार का मजबूती से जवाब देकर जनता को जागरूक भी करेगी।”
बैठक के अंत में सभी नवनियुक्त पदाधिकारियों और कार्यकर्ताओं ने हाथ उठाकर संकल्प लिया कि वे 2027 के विधानसभा चुनावों में आम आदमी पार्टी की भारी बहुमत से जीत सुनिश्चित करने के लिए दिन-रात काम करेंगे। एडवोकेट हरविंदर राय ने जिम्मेदारी मिलने पर शीर्ष नेतृत्व का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि मोगा जिला लीगल सेल पार्टी की मजबूती के लिए एक ढाल बनकर कार्य करेगा।

Moga. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has announced the executive committee for the Moga district unit of its Legal Cell. The announcement regarding the executive committee was officially made by Advocate Barinder Singh Ratian, the In-charge of the Malwa Zone. Within the committee, Advocate Shubham Jaiswal—a young lawyer active in the field of social service—has been appointed as the Secretary.
This announcement was made following a consensus reached among Advocate Gyan Singh Mungo (State President, AAP Punjab Legal Cell), Advocate Bawan Goyal (State Joint Secretary), and Advocate Barinder Singh Ratian (Malwa Zone In-charge). Advocate Harwinder Rai has been appointed as the District President of the executive committee.
The party has demonstrated its confidence in a blend of experienced figures and youth within the Legal Cell’s district executive committee. The appointments include Advocate Harwinder Singh Rai as District President; Advocate Shubham Jaiswal as District Secretary; Advocates Meena Sharma, Gurmel Singh Bhullar, and Kiranveer Kaur Gill as Vice Presidents; Advocates Pradeep Singh and Rupinder Kaur as Joint Secretaries; and Charanjit Kaur and Ranjit Kaur as Executive Members.
Following the announcement of the new executive committee, the Legal Wing formulated a strategy to ensure the success of the party’s rally scheduled to be held in Moga on March 4th. During the meeting, in-depth discussions were held regarding both the expansion of the organization and the preparations for the party’s state-level rally. Speaking after the announcement of the executive committee, MLA Dr. Amandeep Kaur Arora remarked that the Legal Cell serves as the backbone of any political party. “This team will not only oversee the party’s legal affairs but will also raise public awareness by firmly countering the misleading propaganda of the opposition.”
At the conclusion of the meeting, all newly appointed office bearers and party workers raised their hands and pledged to work day and night to ensure a landslide victory for the Aam Aadmi Party in the 2027 Assembly elections.
