मोगा। पंजाब में आतंकवाद के दौर में प्रभावित हुए करीब 35 हजार हिंदू परिवारों के लिए घोषित मुआवजा जल्द जारी करने की मांग को लेकर शिवसेना हिंदुस्तान ने डिप्टी कमिश्नर को मांग पत्र सौंपा। संगठन ने इस मुद्दे को प्रमुखता से उठाते हुए कहा कि लंबे समय से राहत की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे परिवारों को अब और इंतजार नहीं कराया जाना चाहिए।
शिवसेना हिंदुस्तान के प्रदेश महासचिव विकास कपूर ने कहा कि पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह की सरकार के समय करीब 781 करोड़ रुपये के मुआवजे की घोषणा की गई थी, लेकिन आज तक यह राशि पीड़ित परिवारों तक नहीं पहुंच पाई है। उन्होंने सरकार से मांग की कि इस मुआवजे को तुरंत जारी कर प्रभावित परिवारों को राहत दी जाए, ताकि उन्हें न्याय मिल सके।
उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि पंजाब में कानून-व्यवस्था की स्थिति लगातार बिगड़ रही है, जिसे सुधारने के लिए सरकार को ठोस कदम उठाने चाहिए। “राज्य में शांति और सुरक्षा बहाल करना सरकार की प्राथमिक जिम्मेदारी है, ताकि आम जनता खुद को सुरक्षित महसूस कर सके।
विकास कपूर ने बताया कि शिवसेना हिंदुस्तान द्वारा पूरे पंजाब में जिला स्तर पर डिप्टी कमिश्नरों को मांग पत्र सौंपे जा रहे हैं, ताकि सरकार तक यह मुद्दा प्रभावी तरीके से पहुंच सके। संगठन का कहना है कि वह पीड़ित परिवारों को न्याय दिलाने के लिए लगातार संघर्ष करता रहेगा।
इस मौके पर महिला सेना पंजाब की अध्यक्ष मनदीप शर्मा, मोगा अध्यक्ष महेंद्र सिंह, युवा अध्यक्ष मनप्रीत सिंह, व्यापार मोर्चा अध्यक्ष विकास कक्कड़ सहित बड़ी संख्या में पदाधिकारी और कार्यकर्ता मौजूद रहे।

ਮੋਗਾ। ਸ਼ਿਵ ਸੈਨਾ ਹਿੰਦੁਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਮੰਗ ਪੱਤਰ ਸੌਂਪਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਤਵਾਦ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਲਗਭਗ 35,000 ਹਿੰਦੂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਐਲਾਨੇ ਗਏ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਰਿਹਾਈ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਸੰਗਠਨ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਉਠਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਰਾਹਤ ਦੀ ਉਡੀਕ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਇੰਤਜ਼ਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ।
ਸ਼ਿਵ ਸੈਨਾ ਹਿੰਦੁਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਪੂਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਲਗਭਗ ₹781 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੇ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ੇ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਅੱਜ ਤੱਕ ਇਹ ਰਕਮ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਹੁੰਚੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਹਤ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਸਾਫ ਮਿਲ ਸਕੇ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਵਿਗੜਦੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਧਾਰਨ ਲਈ ਠੋਸ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ। “ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਬਹਾਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਆਮ ਲੋਕ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰ ਸਕਣ।
ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਪੂਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਿਵ ਸੈਨਾ ਹਿੰਦੁਸਤਾਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਗ ਪੱਤਰ ਸੌਂਪ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਇਸ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਸੰਗਠਨ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਲਈ ਲੜਾਈ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖੇਗੀ।

Demanding the speedy release of compensation announced for approximately 35,000 Hindu families affected during the era of terrorism in Punjab, Shiv Sena Hindustan submitted a memorandum of demands to the Deputy Commissioner. Highlighting this issue with prominence, the organization stated that families who have been awaiting relief for a long time should not be made to wait any longer.
Vikas Kapoor, State General Secretary of Shiv Sena Hindustan, stated that during the tenure of former Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh’s government, compensation amounting to approximately ₹781 crore was announced; however, to this day, this amount has not reached the affected families. He demanded that the government immediately release this compensation to provide relief to the affected families, thereby ensuring they receive justice.
He further added that the law and order situation in Punjab is continuously deteriorating, and the government must take concrete steps to rectify it. “Restoring peace and security in the state is the government’s primary responsibility, so that the general public can feel safe and secure.”
Vikas Kapoor informed that Shiv Sena Hindustan is submitting memorandums of demands to Deputy Commissioners across all districts of Punjab to ensure that this issue reaches the government effectively. The organization affirmed that it would continue to struggle relentlessly to secure justice for the affected families.
